What types of photography services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of photography services, including wedding photography, portrait photography, family photography, event photography, commercial photography, and more. We specialize in capturing meaningful moments and creating stunning visual stories.
How do I book a photography session with your team?
Booking a photography session is easy. Simply reach out to us through our website, email, or phone, and let us know the type of session you're interested in. We'll guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session.
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Absolutely! We believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Whether it's at your home, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, we're open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you.
For weddings, do you include a second photographer?

Yes, all our wedding packages include a second photographer at no additional cost. This ensures comprehensive coverage and captures every moment from multiple angles.

Where are you based and do you travel?

We are located in Cleveland, Ohio based in the US and yes we love to travel! If you want us to photograph your story, we do require a travel fee, for anything 15 miles outside of the Cleveland area. But no worries, we always try to find the cheapest way to come because we love the way our creativity is developed when we discover a new place and don't want it to be a brake for you.

How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?

We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our editing process typically takes a maximum of 8-10 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season we photograph your story), depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.


You will receive an online gallery link with all of the images from your session where you can download all the photos but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!

What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
How many pictures will I receive?

The amount of images is typically based on how many hours you book and the type of session you inquire about following our consultation.


For example, 8 hours coverage for a wedding, you will receive between 300 to 500 fully edited images. We always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why we will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.

Will my photos have watermarks?

We choose not to watermark your memories. We are a word of mouth photography business and always request that if you plan on sharing photos on social media platforms like Instagram or Facebook to give us photo credit by tagging our business page (@extraordinairephotos)


In addition, as stated in our contract, under 'Work Product Ownership' the photographers give the clients the work product rights to print, but not for individual resale nor can images be photoshopped or altered. Any images that have been digitally altered will result in a fine per image and RAW files will not be provided under any circumstance.

What kind of events do you coordinate?

We specialize in weddings, vow renewals, micro-weddings, elopements, corporate events, and private celebrations. Our services are tailored to fit any style or scale, from intimate gatherings to larger productions.

What does your event coordination services include?

Our coordination packages can include the option of full planning or day-of coordination, vendor recommendations and management, timeline creation and management, venue walkthroughs and floor planning and on-site support to ensure everything runs smoothly!

Do you have a studio location?

We are thrilled to share that EP has it's first studio location located at 78th Street Studios!
